ABOUT
I’m Florida-raised with a sunny disposition and a knack for adventure. My attitude towards life is that it’s too short not to enjoy the journey. So for me, that means exploring new places, trying new food and picking up new hobbies. My love for travel and chasing the next adventure eventually took me to New York City for nearly 5 years until Florida called me back home.
As much as I’m an explorer at heart, I equally love being at home in my tiny, lovingly renovated home (thanks to a blend of YouTube videos and calling Dad), with my husband and our cat named Koda. I’ve even turned our DIY adventures into a blog (junglehouselife.com) where I can connect with fellow DIYers. I’m a big fan of getting lost in a book, watching documentaries, tending to my vegetable garden and making cinnamon rolls.
I’ve always been drawn to the offbeat path and creative ventures, but that might just be the Aquarius in me. I’m not afraid to try new things or take on new challenges. And I think it’s at that intersection between the unknown and unexpected that the best ideas are born.

WHEN IT COMES TO WORK…
I believe that communication, collaboration and connection are the foundations of success, and I bring that ethos to every project I oversee.
WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE…
-
I naturally see connections and possibilities where others see roadblocks. I look at situations from different angles and everyone who would be impacted to quickly identify the best path forward.
It’s what helps me see the big picture in media planning. I see the connection between trends, customer behaviors and business objectives to create a strategy that drives results.
No challenge is too big, in fact I challenge a bigger challenge!

I’m a visionary leader with aptitude to influence others. I’ve had 10 years leading teams, presenting to senior level clients and championing change among executive leaders. What I’m most proud of is having the pleasure of mentoring junior members and developing their professional growth. I have a coaching leadership style and I believe that “a rising tide lifts all boats”.
I’m someone who breaks the status quo, looking for ways to improve and streamline processes. Sometimes it’s just looking at things in a different way from how it’s always been done to greatly impact things like team morale and productivity.
-
I naturally fall into team leader and client relationship roles because I just love building connections and collaborating with people.
I have the ability to inspire teams, influence leaders and build trust with my partners, clients and stakeholders.
I try to meet people where they are and it helps me to understand each person’s unique perspective to craft my storytelling so it can hit home.

Every decision I make is rooted in data and every new process I roll out has a measurement plan in place.
I understand that I can’t be successful in winning business deals or getting campaign approval without having the data to back up the strategies I recommend.
I love developing benchmarks and understanding what metrics determine success. That’s something I’ll geek out on.

In both my professional and personal life, I wear many hats, I’m always doing something and I’m always multi-tasking. I live by my to-do lists and timelines.
I feel confident taking on many projects at a time. In fact, I feel my best when I have a lot to do to keep myself busy than nothing at all. In those situations, I’m always looking for what else I can do. I’m very systematic, organized and adaptable.
