Blueberry Pina Colada

After a long day at work, do you ever find yourself saying... something along the lines of: "I need a drink". I'm not one to normally sling back a drink during the work week, but today guys... that was me. My sister came over, we joked around, had dinner and made pina coladas. Blueberry pina coladas actually. I forgot about work, tied up my hair and kicked back with my fruity drink. 

Actually, I was really excited about making pina coladas today because it gave me a chance to try out my new ninja blender! It. was. awesome.

Blueberry Pina Colada (makes 4 cups)

4 cups of ice
1 1/2 cup of blueberry
splash of coconut rum
splash of pina colada mix

Blend. Drink. Enjoy.
