World of Coca Cola

Coca Cola Bottles

This is my last post about our trip to Atlanta, I promise. We didn't want to leave Atlanta without visiting the World of Coca Cola! Who could?! What could've been an hour exploration into the history of Coca Cola actually became a 3 hour venture. There was so much to see and learn!  And we were just having way too much fun looking into all the nooks and crannies. We took pictures with the Coca Cola bear (among other random things), learned about the creator of Coca Cola, how it was the best kept secret, watched commercials from around the world, saw how it was made, saw bits and pieces of Coca Cola history and tasted different Coke products! It was really interesting. Some drink from Africa smelled spicy. Yes, I took a big whiff of it before drinking it and it burned my nose, but I drank it anyways. A lady who I met told me not to drink the one from Italy as she was cleaning off her tongue. I had to save that one for when Christina and Hieu joined us. We clinked plastic cups and poured it down like a shot.  It was so bitter and... not something I would drink again to put it nicely.

We could've stayed there even longer since we missed out on the 4-D experience. Unfortunately we had to leave to catch our flight back to Orlando. At least we got souvenir bottles... which come to think of it, we had to chug before going on the plane. :(
