I was really craving some pasta today. So I decided to make some with chicken in a spicy, cajun cream sauce with a dash of sun-dried tomato pesto. I stopped by Publix after my class this afternoon and picked up a few ingredients... came home and cooked. I made the pasta sauce myself from the inspiration of this picture. It's actually from a restaurant, so it didn't have the recipe for me to follow. But it's okay because I was able to make it my own. :)
