Goals
I tend to think of resolutions as adding on an additional layer to self improvement. Last year, my resolution was to learn about sports. I had a ton of friends who helped support my efforts and it was hilarious -- probably more so on their end than mine because I am sure the questions I've asked were real head scratchers. The improvement is there guys, I promise. The year before that, my resolution was to take more chances. The goal was to not be comfortable in one place, but to do things that were both spontaneous and challenging. It's one way to personal growth and ensuring that I am not confined in my safety net.
So this year, I have a few things I want to do. I am in a new city, and while I've splurged a bit in my first months here exploring my new home and adventuring, it's time that I do some things for myself too.
